My review honestly reflects my experience with Parkview Autos NI Ltd. It was my first time dealing with them and I’d definitely appreciate Gerald’s excellent customer service. I was given an appointment by a finance company but they never informed Gerald. When I arrived, he wasn’t expecting me but didn’t turn me away. Instead, he helped me through the process until I finally got the car. It took nearly four hours, if not more, waiting for the finance company to release the funds. Gerald took matters into his own hands and intervened which really helped things move along. Thank you Gerald, you’re truly professional and your customer service is top-notch. And let’s not forget the chocolates you gave to my three-year-old daughter.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Spotted car on Autotrader Tuesday, arranged viewing and took possession of vehicle on Friday.
